One of the
significant events of summer 1999 was
Salon S.N.B.A. 1999, the exhibition of
the French National Society of Arts, in
Carrousel Museum at the Louvre. For the
first time Olli Joki was invited to
participate the exhibition. At the
exhibition he was granted many awards
that are the most significant during his
career. His work was awarded the
honorary prize of the Arabic Press, he
was invited to be a member of the French
National Society of Arts and his "Belle
de Jour" was awarded the silver medal of
Merite et Devouement Francais.
